A number of useful compositions and receipts suited to the cure of all diseases never before published; as also thoseof greatest account from Solleysell, Ruini, Blundevill, and other most celebrated authors, digested under their proper heads of powders, balls, drinks, ointments, charges etc. To which is also added, a compleat index of all the medicines contained in the book, whether simple of compound to the remediesproper in each malady. W.Gibson Leather bound. Printed c. 1720. Corners rubbed and scuffed. Five raised bands to spine. Red label to spine with hand written title. Spine has lost a little leatherto bottom. Marks to boards- this has been a well used and well loved copy . The name Thomas Willis to FFEP and the name Robert Hayes dated 1819. Staining to bottom of first 20 odd pages. Binding tight.
