Bible unnumbered, illustrated with engraved plates, fron board detached, spine worn with loss. Approximately 17 ½ inches tall. Condition Report Externally Spine poor condition gilt titles to red label, 5 gilt bands, gilt decoration to the compartments, worn with loss. Joints poor condition cracked to the rear board top and base but holding, front joint cracked through with the board detached. Corners fair condition bumped and worn. Boards poor condition full calf leather, front board detached, both marked, scratched and worn. Page edges good condition tanned and darkened. See above and photos. Internally Hinges poor condition front hinge broken and board detached, rear hinge intact. Paste downs good condition dark paper, leather bookplate to front paste down.
