[v] 104pp. Blue cloth boards w gilt title to spine and gilt ruled lines to front panel. Cloth slightly faded and tanned mainly to spine which is also bumped at head and foot. Both sets eps tanned and some colourful residue to reps where something has been inserted and then removed. Includes type-written compliment slip and business card from the author and publishers, attached to ffep and first blank with a paper-clip. Corresponding rusty mark to top of half-title.
