Spine is faded, worn and stained; bumped at head and tail and torn at top edge. Boards are worn around edges. Foxing and staining on edges, endpapers and some pages. Writing (number crossed out with a tick next to it) on front free endpaper. Previous owner's inscription ("To Little Rose from her Old Daddy Christmas 1922") on title page. Binding slightly unhinged.
