Very Good+ to Near Fine: shows only the most minute indications of use: Mild rubbing to the gilt on front cover, but the lettering remains entirely legible; two small stain spots at the lower front panel; else flawless. Binding square and secure; text clean. Very close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. Oblong 8vo. xiv, 87 pages. Profusely illustrated, mostly with color plates and a few prints in Black & White. Decorated endpapers. No DJ as issued. Hardback: Quarter Cloth and Buckram over boards with color plate illustration tipped on front panel and tipped on color frontispiece. Folding plates. Includes a Catalogue Raisonne.
