Early issue of the Canadian edition, which did not include a frontispiece (the same illustration as on the front board and the dust jacket) -- see Lechowicks, p. 91-3. Original green cloth hardcovers with colour illustration set to front and bright gilt titles to spine, in matching dust jacket. Jacket is quite bright but edge-worn with closed tears and creasing, and some loss to the head of the spine and other edges (now in archival mylar sleeve). Mild toning to edges of text. Otherwise clean, tight, and unmarked. Very neat--a sound and handsome copy. 320pp. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 79540h
