15.5 cm x 10 cm, gilt framed tree calf leather, gilt decorated spine panels, red morocco spine label. Pp. xxii, 101, + 4 engraved plates after T. Stothard, all dated Aug. 25, 1796. Minor offsetting to pages opposite plates, and around margins of endpapers, engraved bookplate of Alexander Hamilton (not the American Statesman), otherwise interior clean and crisp. Front joint invisibly repaired, opaque Japanese paper on front inside hinge. Overall a very good copy, comfortable in the hand. Size: Small Octavo. Bookseller Inventory # 20869
