Crumb illust. of family & friends gathered around a pot of something tasty; rear wrap has an illust. by R. Crump.a self portrait of him sitting at the table, littered with gnawed bones, and empty bowls, uttering a "Urp" after a hearty meal. He even has the leftovers in his beard and on his shirt. The posterboard pages of "kitchen kut outs" are intact. Recipes with fitting and humous illustrations by R. Crumb fill the book. Book includes and Introduction by Paul Cohen touting the recipes as ".where cooking & eating are events to remember." This cookbook is an "event to be remembered." Recipes include: Tomato Stuff, No Name Cabbage and Noodles, Five Joint Soup, Lamont Cranston Soup, Illegal Apple Pie a la Dana, et al.
