322p. A black cloth hardcover book in FAIR condition. Boards heavily stained; edges of spine and corners of boards are heavily worn, though the boards are still attached with reasonable security. Light foxing on front and back endpapers. Some pages toward the end are uncut. Otherwise, text clean and pages tightly bound. A much-worn but readable copy. Anti-Catholic book arguing that the papacy is a man-made institution fueled by bigotry, and that the Oxford Movement ("Tractarianism") is the result of Rome's infiltration of the "true" Church of England.
