Two non-matching volumes. Volume one is half-calf bound with marbled boards. Edge-rubbing to boards. All edges of pageblock are trimmed and red sprinkled. Owners name on free endpaper dated 1886. Very minor marginalia and underlining. Volume two is in edge-rubbed and soiled publisher's card boards with crude leather spine repair over quarter cloth. Edges of pageblock are untrimmed, making this a larger book than volume one. Book plate to endpaper. Tissue guarded frontis of Don Juan with foxing.
