About this Item
Part of the Nelson's Library of classic works, The Dolly Dialogues was one of Anthony Hope's most successful, though of a decidedly different tone than the work for which he is likely best known, The Prisoner of Zenda. Set amongst the trappings of London high society in the nineteenth century, this comedic work tells of the romantic misadventures of Dolly Foster and Sam Carter. This volume is in Very Good condition, with a slight lean. There is slight wear and bumping to the corners, and some staining to the red cloth along the bottom edge of the front cover. The gilt title and designs on the spine are bright. It does not have the dust jacket. Seller Inventory # 73
