Deeside Books is located in the centre of the village of Ballater on Royal Deeside, and we are on the main A93 Aberdeen to Braemar road. We are predominantly an out of print book shop with a stock of about 10,000 titles covering a wide selection of subjects. We also have a good selection of new Scottish titles and bestsellers as well as publishing and distributing new local history books on the North-east of Scotland region. Our shop also caters for the visitor with various gifts, greeting cards and souvenirs. Parking is free and plentiful along with the attractions of various other shops, bars and restaurants in Ballater.
