This NF quality book was published in 1941 by Crown Publishing Company. It is 7-3/8" tall and has 252 numbered pages followed by an unnumbered page advertising the next book in this series; it is a thin copy at 3/4" thick. It is square, extremely clean, completely free of corner bumps and edge dings; the head and heel of the spine are barely bumped, with no cloth damage. The bottom edges and lower front corners have very little wear. The exterior is almost pristine. Except for a small pencil-eraser sized stain on each free end page, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. Both hinges are strong and not damaged. There are no illustrations, not even a frontis, in this book or any other book in this series. The paper is very slightly toned, not at all brittle and quite flexible.
