Tan covers with blind stamped row of 4 girls in period costume to top half front and back.Gilt titles to spine which shows some wear.Small name on top of ffep and date"Xmas 1929" in pencil.Some minor foxing to title and first few pages and closed page edges. small pieces missing from some bottom corners and 3 or 4 page tops not affecting the print.Beautiful illustrated eps by Lilian Gorey.
