This fast-moving mystery, begins in 1993, when the ship, Georgia Dee, loaded with cocaine is sent north from Panama. DEA is tracking the ship, but is outmaneuvered and the ship passes into the U.S. with its cargo intact. Due to a mix-up, the cartels point man, an ex-cop out of Miami, Florida was reported killed in a car crash. He plans to take the opportunity to take the drugs after disposing of the ships crew. With the cartel believing that he is dead no one will look for him and he will be able to bankroll a new life with the cocaine. He did not plan that two members of the ship's crew would hear of his They devise a plan to sink the ship after murdering the crew. The cartel would believe they went down with the shi, and use the cocaine to start their own drug distribution system. In the summer of 1998, Jack Simmons relocates to Port Sextant, and looks forward to a restful and relaxing summer on his newly acquired used boat. Within twenty-four hours of arriving he learns of the five-year-old mystery surrounding the Georgia Dee. His questioning nature pulled him deep into the entangled mystery, of drug dealers, murder, serial killings, and rogue cops. As Jack began asking questions, his activities were being closely watched by Sperio, the ex-cop from Miami, and by a mysterious, beautiful woman. Eventually the mystery of the sunken ship begins to unravel, and Jack finds that he has a part of his life to must come to terms with.

About the Author:

John W. Robinson was born in Montana in1928 and raised during the depression years in the hills of northern California. After high school he served a four-year term in the Navy. This meager beginning armed him with a good work ethic and the will to succeed. This was enhanced with a questioning and innovative mind that continues to accept and explore new ideas and opportunities.Some of the jobs he held while being educated along the road of life were, lumber mill worker, fire fighter, farm worker, ditch tender, sailor/electrician ( U S Navy ), carpenter, surveyor, land developer, husband and father. He has visited seventeen countries and most of these United States.Retiring from any formal employment after thirty seven years with the power company, he and his wife Babs, now live with their yellow cat in the town where he grew up. Never losing his love for the sea, he and Babs spend their summers aboard their boat, cruising the waters off the west coasts of Washington and British Columba. This is his first novel.
