I-XII, MARCH 1938-FEB, 1939; YEAR/VOL V (1939-40) INCOMPLETE IN ELEVEN ISSUES WITH NO. 11 MISSING); YEAR.VOL VI (1941-42) COMPLETE IN 12 VOLS; YEAR/VOL VII (1941-1942 ] INCOMPLETE IN 11 ISSUES WITH NO. 9 MISSING; YEAR/VOL XVIII (942) POSSIBLY COMLETE WITH NOs. 1 TO 9 PRESENT (HJARTAR CONFIRMS THIS SERIAL ENDS IN 1942, BUT IT'S NOT CLEAR WHEN IN 1942). Published by the Magnusson brothers who were Icelandic-Canadian printers and entrepreneurs in Manitoba, Canada. This Icelandic-language periodical had as its stated purposes education and entermainment. It began professing an independent editorial stance but soon began to support the Social Credit movement. Contents include news, poetry, fiction, spiritualism, editorials, etc. Referenced in Hjartar, pp. 13 and 73.
