A very fine copy (not issued with a dustwrapper). A bibliography of early books from 1600s -1800s in the author's library, also, an account of the printing history of her cookbooks and her experiences searching for additions to the collection. Large octavo, variant from the more common red cloth binding this is bound in quarter green cloth with marbled boards with paper title to spine. Dark green end-papers.
