With a frontispiece; Volume II-'Earlier Papers, Spanish and American Legends, Tales of the Argonauts, etc.' 1880; Volume III-'Tales of the Argonauts, and Eastern Sketches' 1880; Volume IV-'Gabriel Conroy' 1881; Volume IV-'Stories and Condensed Novels' 1881; Volumes VI and VII-'Tales of the Pacific Slope' [Parts I and II 1890 and 1892]; Volume VIII 'Tales of the Pine and the Cypress' 1894; Volume IX-'Buckeye and Chapparel' 1896; Volume X-'Tales of the Train and Town' 1900. All are in fairly tidy decorative publisher's bindings of inked and gilded blue cloth with minor dust marks and only a little bumping of the spine ends and corners to speak of.
