(Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi/Fukushima Prefectural Cultural Center) 1986 Member of Seisei Japan Art Academy. 1992 Appointed chairman of Nitten. Mural painting exhibition at Naritasan Shotoku Taishi Hall. (Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi) In 1996. he was awarded the Third Order of the Sacred Treasure. 1999 Person of Cultural Merit. 2005 Chairman of Nitten. 2006 Received the Order of Cultural Merit. On February 19. 2009. he passed away due to multiple organ dysfunction caused by sepsis.
