This is a story book of short animal stories about a wide variety of animals you would see on a farm, told as if you were with the children walking through and seeing them. It is in overall very good shape for the age and has clearly been well-cared for. The biggest problem is that the boards have come loose from the interior pages at the spine. The pages of the story are all intact and the front and back boards are still one with the spine. The front board is slightly frayed at the front where you open it to turn the pages. All pages are in good condition, with no marks or tears. One page is ear-marked on the top corner. The front board is vibrant with color, as is the interior page facing the title page with a lovely picture of ¿Brown Bess,¿ the horse. The cover also has printed on it, ¿Made in U.S.A.¿ and ¿Star No. 441.¿ Copyright: 1922 & 1928. Pages not numbered. Seller Inventory # 007096
