Postal cover canceled at Detroit, Michigan April 20, 1928 with 10-cent Lindbergh Air Mail U.S. postage stamp with Spirit of St. Louis depicted and commemorative Captain Charles A. Lindbergh May 10-21, 1927 stamp affixed. Envelope has horizontal purple and red lines across front obscuring purple rubber stamp that notes it was issued by the Post Office Station at the All-American Aircraft Show held at Detroit April 21-28, 1928. Lindbergh attended the show on April 19, the day before the envelope's postmark. It is addressed to W.W. Wixson, of Grosse Ile, Michigan. Approx. 6 1/2 x 3 /12". Seller Inventory # 16952
