A very good copy of the first Book of the Month Club edition with the authors photo on the rear panel. Some loss to the top of the spine and a single tape repair to the front panel at the "R" in Catcher. Scratch to the jacket on the rear panel. Blind stamp on the rear board.There is a single dedication stamp on the title page which reads, "For Rayvan Skyhorse, A Captain for Gondor, Born in Eivara Valdez, For House of Martinez, 1951 '. The stamp on the title page aside, a very clean copy of the original BOMC edition in a bright jacket. Seller Inventory # 0220162
