Title page states in part: "David Merrick presents Anna Maria Alberghetti in Carnival / America's Magical Musical / also Starring Ed Ames." . A bit of rubbing along the spine edge, and some very light surface rubbing. A couple thumb-creases. Pages clean. Filled with B&W photographs of the stars and of the production. Also laid-in is a Theatre Program (playbill) for the production put on at the St. Paul [Minnesota] Auditorium in November, 1962. This program is quite clean. ; 27B; 11-3/4 x 9".
