Original cream vellum boards, gilt title lettering to spine. Titlepage printed in red and black, some sheets uncut, edges untrimmed. A Fine copy. Latin text, with notes in English. The Pervigilium is a poem in trochaic rhythm of unknown authorship and date. It probably belongs to the third century of the Empire (see Teuffel, 398.6); Baehrens has attributed it to Tiberianus (Poetae atini Minores. Seller Inventory # 14925
