About this Item
*** IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK YOU MUST CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL AT CHECKOUT SO I CAN INSURE AND TRACK THESE BOOKS. IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUSED AND I WILL NOT TRADE WITH YOU AGAIN. *** This is a subscriber's UK hardcover of this title published by The Waverley Book Company - date unknown but research suggests 1911 or thereabouts. The photos show the condition better than I can describe, however overall I am grading as Very Good condition for its age. The book has a straight spine with sharp corners and firm spine ends, although these are rubbed. The page edges and end papers are clean but off-white due to age and the interior text is clean. The front end paper has what looks like half a dozen finger print smudges. The binding is tight and the text clean aside from the odd fingerprint smudge throughout. The title page confirms there are 26 colour plates by A F Lydon and E F Bailey and other illustrations throughout. The subscribers edition notice is bound into the book at end paper stage. This really is a wonderful looking copy of this book. Seller Inventory # 015743

Store Description
All books in my store are my own and in my possession. I expect customers to read my listings fully and look at all photos and be aware of the terms. I will work with everyone to resolve issues but I expect the same courtesy back - if I don't reply to an email within 24 hours it means I haven't received it so you'll need to resend.
I charge shipping that reflects my actual costs. I do NOT offer cheap shipping and add it to the book price so please do not complain to me that Bob down the road offers cheaper postage. Sure he does - but the price of his book is hiked to reclaim it, or you're referring to a power seller who can negotiate postage discounts. I can't - I'm a private individual selling my private collection. ABE only allows me to set one postage rate so I charge the rate for hardbacks sent in a box with bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. Where postage is less - eg a paperback or small hardback - I refund the difference once I get my receipts and know the exact cost. Tracking is NOT provided automatically on UK parcels - you have to choose priority mail AND pay an additional £7 postage on top.
