2/3 of the folding map of the North Island is missing. Otherwise the condition is very good. Cloth boards fairly clean. A previous owner has written their signature on the title page, and also added another family name to whom the book will belong "after my death". Some mottling to cloth at margins of boards. Minor rubbing to edges of spine and boards. 1/4" fraying to cloth at tail of front joint. No splitting to endpapers.
