This is the first and only edition of 1920 in the A&C Black 20s Series. 6¼ x 9" pp. ix + 232 with all 60 full-page colour plates with tissue guards present. Fold out map to rear. Very good in chrome green cloth with a pictorial design printed in olive green, light green and black on the front and spine. Lettering blocked in gilt on the spine. Boards a bit bumped; no fading to the spine. Tight and firm with no shaking. No dustwrapper. Endpapers a little browned but no foxing and the text and illustrations clean and bright.
