Volume one has previous owner name and college in ink on front flyleaf. Both volumes have a small bookstore label on lower corner of front endpaper and light browning mark from edges of tape fasteners on both front and rear endpapers. VoilumeI has lighter color from wetted area at bottom edge of front cover. Volume II has wetted spot at upper corner of front flyleaf. Books are tight, sound and otherwise unmarked. Dust jackets are included but are tattered, soiled and wetted. In mylar and not price-clipped. 970 pages, 418 photographs , 179 text-figures.
