Payment is expected within 2 weeks of order. Payment by money order or bank check
will result in immediate shipment; payment by personal check is acceptable, but
shipment will be subject to 10 day hold. Credit card payment may be made through
Abebooks. 5% Massachusetts sales tax is required on all orders sent to a
Massachusetts address.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
