The Amnesty International Bookshop in Kentish Town is one of ten bookshops in the UK which support the work of the Amnesty International UK Section. Opened in 2019, the Kentish Town bookshop stocks high quality second-hand books covering most subjects, from fiction to art, history, cooking, and philosophy. We also sell vinyl records, CDs, and greeting cards. All profits go to Amnesty International UK. The shop is open from Monday-Saturday 10am to 6pm, and on Sunday 12pm to 4pm. It is closed on all major UK holidays, including Bank Holidays.

Terms of Sale
All books are subject to prior sale. Payment may be made by credit card through Abebooks or by telephone, or by a cheque made payable to Amnesty International and posted directly to the shop. Due to bank charges we are not able to accept cheques in currencies other than UK Sterling.

Shipping Terms
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Our default matrix for overseas shipping rates is based on the Post Office's printed paper rate surface mail service without tracking. Within the UK any book weighing over 1 KG must be sent first class.
In addition to the above, if your book order is very heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
