Oversized green textured cloth with full-color pasted cover illustration. All edges lightly rubbed, tips of corners bumped. Endpapers and closed outside edges show light foxing/soil. Soil mark to closed front outside edge, does not affect text. Text is clean and bright, the occasional finger smudge throughout. Profusely illustrated throughout with gorgeous full-color and black and white illustrations by Donn P Crane, Maud Miska Petersham, and others. International fables and stories by Joseph Addison, Aesop, Louisa May Alcott, Thomas Bailey Aldrich, Dante Alighieri, Hans Christian Anderson, Phineas T.
