Solid copy of one of his very early mysteries. A Nero Wolfe double mystery with Cordially Invited to meet Death the second mystery here as it is in first edition. Scarce in jacket in either this or its first edition printing. Unmarked, tight and square Red textured cloth with black stamping to spine and cover. Crease on red spine along much of its length but not deep and not caused ty reading. Jacket has firly large chip on front panel which extends sightly into spine. Rear panel of jacket has 2" closed tear and small chip. Light creasing. Front fold has moderate wear with minute paper loss. Jacket has no soiling. In mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
