order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra
shipping

We ship from the U.S. every Wednesday because it will save the customer
money.
If you place your order on Wednesday evening, your book will be shipped the
following Wednesday from the U.S. If you would prefer to have the book
shipped
within a day of your order from Canada, we will charge Canadian postal rates
which are significantly more expensive.
