Octavos, Fifteen Volumes. In Very Good minus condition. Spines are gold with red and brown strips and gilt lettering. Head edges are gilt. Boards have some shelf wear, minor rubbing, and bumping to corners. Volume XI's spine has minor water staining. Text blocks have minor foxing throughout and previous owner's name inscribed on front end paper. Volume I's "The Disowned half-title page and pages 1-3 are uncut. Volume V pages 371-373 are uncut with a small tear on page 373. Volume VIII "Godolphin" pages xix-1 are uncut. Volume XI's title page has a minor stain and "Alice or the Mysteries" pages 73-76 and 81-84 are cut shorter. Volume XII's Rienzi volume two's pages 259-261 are uncut.
