Covers and corner very worn. Hinges crudely repaired with brown tapes. Top 1/4" of most plates with water-stain not affecting illustration. Text block and plates are clean. Two books in one. The first section pp.1-252 is titled "The Younger Brothers" and is illustrated with portraits and eight colored plates. Second part "Jesse and Frank James " pp.1-160 has four color plates.
