Hardcover. Six issues of The Architectural Record bound as one; in half-leather over pebbled cloth. Volume XXXIII, which includes Issues for January-June, 1913. The original issue covers are NOT bound-in, nor are any ads; else appears complete. Also a Volume XXXIII index bound in at the front. Some wear at the top corners, light rubbing at the bottom corners, and just a bit of very light rubbing at the spine extremities. Some light rubbed soil to the boards; else the binding is fairly clean. Sun-lightening to the spine leather, but the spine gilt is bright (with just a bit of rubbing). Some sun-darkening around the perimeter of the endpapers, Edgewear along the fore-edge of the first page of the Index (not affecting text). and the page edges are a bit age-darkened. Small sticker scar on the rear flyleaf. Else pages are just a bit age-toned, but clean. Many B&W architectural photos & floor plans; plus a couple of fold-outs. Articles and photos of work done by many architects of the day, including Frank Lloyd Wright; Louis Sullivan; McKim, Mead & white; etc. There is a multi-page photo section of 'The Studio-Home Frank Lloyd Wright' (Taliesin, before the fires). The February issues has a section on 'The Towers of Manhattan'. Sections on work by Howard Shaw and Albert Joseph Bodker. Parts of a continuing series on 'Lighting'.
