These issues were published in Sept., 1907; March, 1909; Aug., 1909; and Sept., 1910. Each issue contains essays on various subjects, such as the danger of special education, Why I Do A Cash Business, Cooks and Cook Books, Great Men, Memory Culture, etc. It appears that Shorey was trying to be a Pacific Northwest version of Haldeman - Julius.
