Sixteenth impression of the first edition, published one year after the first printing. A beautiful near-fine copy with the most minor of flaws: a touch of soiling to boards, tiny smudge to fore-edge, and neat ownership inscription on flyleaf. Overall bright and clean inside and out, with all eight plates intact and clean and frontis tissue guard present.
