Slim dark green original cloth hard cover with gilt titles on spine, and no cover wear. Interior has some spotting/foxing with vii, 163 pages including appendix. Inside the front cover is a book plate - The gift of M Oppenheim (1853-1927, pioneer historian of English naval administration) in 1919 to Bath Public Reference Library, but none of the usual lending library stamps. Scarce private edition volume published in 1862 and in very good possibly near fine condition. Seller Inventory # 003297
