Very Good, water stains along text block edges, new full leather binding by George Sargent, Dragonfly Bindery, profusely ornate gilt design on spine, gilt lettering on red spine label, discolored top text block edge, couple of soiled stains bottom text block edge, newer endpapers and pastedowns, age toned pages, some discoloration to leather boards, small sticker bottom rear pastedown, ink scribble on frontis.
