This is a small, entirely internet based business. We have no actual shop. Local customers may visit only to collect books if they wish. We do not process cards ourselves - only through Abe We only take payment from outside the UK by Abe We no longer take cheques. Antiquarian books and many other kinds of used books. I do not send books to Germany since VAT legislation made this too complicated for me. The shipping price to the USA is indeed high. Please check that you cannot buy the title you want from within the USA before ordering from Britain.
