Stated Fifth Printing in August 20, 1943 of the First Edition of August 26, 1940. The book is bound in orange cloth with title and author in black on the front cover and spine. Corners are rolled and spine caps softened/darkened with head of spine lightly bumped and fraying.light smudging near fore-edge of p 7. name of previous owner on the ffe. Otherwise, the book is clean and unmarked. The binding is firm. THe dust jacket is in good condition with chips of missing paper on both ends of the spine panel. The original price- $1.50 is on the front flap. 109 pages. Delightfully illustrated through out in black and white by American artist Ed Harris.
