Synopsis:

This story follows Pip, a driven mouse on a quest to get a job in his local sweets shop, cleverly named Not before tea. What we learn as we tag along with Pip is that not everyone is able to do everything and how finding what you are good at and passionate about is not always going to be easy.

We are all different, and different people (or mice) can do different things. The thing that makes a difference between us discovering what are meant to do or not is we do our best to find out. This is what Pip teaches us in this book, is that if we keep trying we will eventually find what are looking for.

This inspiring tale, rich with simple and valuable life lessons, is written by a very talented and surprisingly young author Henry Patterson, who was just 10 years old when he wrote the book. ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Henry has been featured in numerous publications and media platforms and has even been a guest speaker at special events. Henry tells HuffPostUK that he was inspired by his mum, who always used to tell me stories of when she was young and she use to ride her bicycle down to the sweet shop and buy sweets for 50p.
