Twelve parts, with 17pp. of text and 103 plates with 119 photogravure images. Folio. Original maroon textured paper wrappers, stamped in gilt. Covers of four parts detached, wrappers generally with some small chips and closed tears, tape remnants on wrappers of part one. Text and plates with light edge wear, small marginal tears and chips, occasional dampstains and smudges not affecting images. Tissue guards intact. Overall very good, and complete. A set in wrappers of the "Art Work" series for Colorado, with almost 120 photogravures of scenery and architecture in the state. Although most issues of this series focus on the developing urbanity of the series and towns they portray, the Colorado set depicts principally natural landscapes and geographical features.
