Watercolor, 4½ x 5½ inches, on 15 x 11½-inch paper. Bright and clean. Near fine. An accomplished amateur watercolor by Robert Clinton Hill of North Carolina, done during his last year at the United States Military Academy. The scene shows a peaceful brook at the end of a path winding its way through a dense forest.
