Eriona Çela is a distinguished academic and expert in European integration and negotiation, renowned for her contributions to education and public administration in Albania and beyond. Holding prominent positions within multiple institutions, she serves as a key figure at the Academy of European Integration and Negotiations (AIEN), the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), and the Business Academy College. Dr. Cela's expertise is further recognized through her active involvement in various roles related to European Union policies and enlargement strategies. As a Jean Monnet Chair holder at the Institute of European Studies, University of Tirana, Dr. Cela has spearheaded significant projects such as the European Integration School 2023's eighth edition. Her work frequently appears in prestigious publications, including the European Journal of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, the European Journal of Contemporary Education, and the International Journal of Balkan Studies. She is also an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM), an IGI Journal. Narasimha Rao Vajjhala is working as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of New York Tirana, Albania. He is a senior member of ACM and IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM). He is also a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has over 20 years of experience teaching programming and database-related courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in Europe and Africa. He has also worked as a consultant in technology firms in Europe and has experience participating in EU-funded projects. He has supervised several undergraduate senior design projects and graduate theses. He has completed a Doctorate in Information Systems and Technology (United States); holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications (India), and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems (Switzerland), and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science (India).
Dr Rajasekhara Mouly Potluri is an accomplished professor of management and marketing at Kazakh British Technical University, Kazakhstan, with thirty years of industry and teaching experience. His research interests cover the fields of Marketing, CSR, HRM, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship. He has published and presented 90+ research articles, book chapters, case studies, and talks in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, SSCI, and KCI and at international conferences. He has won 11 Best Research Paper Awards and ten Academic Service Excellence Awards at conference presentations in Egypt, South Korea, Malaysia, and UAE. He earned his Ph.D. degree in management and marketing from Shivaji University and holds four master’s degrees in business administration (marketing), commerce (banking), philosophy (human resources), and an MBA in Islamic marketing from the International Islamic Marketing Association in the UK.
Dr Philip Eappen is an assistant professor of Healthcare Management and Director of Clinical Services and Transition to Community at the Breton Ability Center.at Cape Breton University, Canada. Before joining Cape Breton University, he taught at the University of Toronto, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Fanshawe College. He previously worked as a director of health services and chief administrator of healthcare operations at the American University of Nigeria. His fields of research interest include teaching methodology innovations, the use of technology to enhance education, and healthcare informatics. He has authored several books, book chapters and journal articles.
