Michael Wolter, Dr. Theol, Dr. Theol Habil. (1950) is professor of New Testament at the University of Bonn, Germany. He published major monographs and numerous articles on Paul and Luke, as well as on the ethics of the New Testament. He is also Honorary professor of the University of Pretoria (South Africa).
