Synopsis
腐败测量是一个重要的理论命题，也是社会各界关注的焦点。在当前中国腐败和反腐败不断发展变化的情况下，对腐败测量问题进行研究具有现实价值。《腐败测量/清华廉政系列丛书》从纠正腐败认识误区角度对腐败测量的理论意义进行了分析，从社会价值角度对其现实意义进行了分析，通过腐败现象多样性和腐败测量困境的研究，提出本书理论框架。在此基础上，以主观调查法、案件统计法、案件指标分析法三种方法为主线，系统研究了当前腐败测量中的主要方法，并结合国际组织、地方评价等案例对腐败测量应用进行了分析。然后，本书提出了一个测量腐败的综合框架，构建了腐败测量的指标体系，并对中国腐败结构变化和发展趋势进行了分析展望。
