About the Author

The author is currently designated as the University Web Administrator of Pangasinan State University, Philipines. A Core Faculty of College of Hospitality Management Business and Public Administration, and teaching computer subjects at the Open University Systems. He is currently taking up his Doctor in Information Technology.
