Do you know when normal is not normal? Do you know that extreme fatigue is the hallmark of a crash?
Do you know that prescription medication may now be the answer?

The typical Adrenal Fatigue sufferer goes through multiple crashes and recovery cycles over decades as the body slowly decompensates. Each cycle will carry different characteristics, durations and intensities. If not diagnosed and treated, the sufferer becomes totally debilitated.

Crashes are usually characterized by severe fatigue, and, in extreme cases, incapacitation.

Recovery is not an over-night process; rather a process that requires individualized attention by both the healthcare provider and the sufferer. The seven most common recovery mistakes are:

  • Following advice from an inexperienced healthcare provider;
  • Excessive use of prescription drugs and medication;
  • Over reliance on laboratory testing;
  • Improper use of nutritional supplements;
  • Failure to recognize paradoxical reactions;
  • Failure to recognize multi-organ involvement; and
  • Lack of a comprehensive recovery program.

When adrenals become dysfunctional, virtually every system of your body is affected. The maze of complaints is a challenger to even the most experienced healthcare provider.

It is critical that you identify your Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome, the most common mistakes that are likely to be made, understand that adrenal crashes will happen and that you will learn how to manage them. The Adrenal Recovery Journal that is included allows you to keep track of your symptoms and progress.
